Job summary

Micron Technology, Inc. in Singapore seeks an Engineer/Sr. Engineer/Principal Engineer to drive NAND-CMOS device development. You will define targets, optimize designs, and run silicon experiments, collaborating with design and manufacturing teams to deliver reliable devices aligned with product roadmaps.

Responsibilities

• Craft and implement NAND-CMOS roadmap and align to product roadmaps.
• Provide directions on improving device portfolio in terms of performance and cost.
• Define, execute and analyze silicon experiments for future device generations.
• Interface with Design Engineers to define transistor targets, deliver transistor models, and optimize layout design rules.
• Collaborate with TCAD simulation group to develop strategies for transistor structures to meet targets.
• Ensure transistor models are correctly targeted to anticipate final silicon.
• Define electrical test structures for transistors, isolation, design rule verification, and process monitoring.
• Maintain reliability by developing transistors that meet required standards.
• Collaborate with Manufacturing to ensure transistors perform as expected and debug yield/reliability issues.
• Foster a collaborative culture and mentor less experienced colleagues.
• Leverage AI tools to automate day-to-day workflows.
