Qualifications

• Bachelor’s/Master’s/PhD in Electrical Engineering, Physics, or related field.
• Solid understanding of semiconductor devices and fundamentals.
• Experience with data analytics and interpretation of electrical data.

Responsibilities

• Develop deep insight into NAND cell physics, variability, and reliability mechanisms across nodes and architectures.
• Analyze electrical characterization data from cell arrays and test structures to identify key limitations and improvement opportunities.
• Translate device-level understanding into actionable directions for cell design, process optimization, and array operation.
• Drive device–array co-optimization, including threshold voltage placement, distribution control, and sensing margins.
• Design and refine algorithms, trims, and waveform strategies to improve performance, yield, and reliability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across global sites to solve system-level challenges.
