Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Develop deep insight into NAND cell physics, variability, and reliability mechanisms across nodes and architectures.
• Drive device–array co-optimization, including threshold voltage placement and sensing margins.
• Collaborate with process, design, product, and test teams across global sites to enable fabrication and release.
• Contribute to AI & data-driven engineering for device characterization and reliability analysis.
• Prototype AI-enabled workflows and automated analysis to accelerate decision-making.
