Job summary

You will work with chefs to design flavorful menus, coordinate provisioning, and manage costs and quality across locations. The role requires 4–6 years of related experience, strong leadership, and teamwork abilities. You will lead hiring, training, and scheduling while ensuring compliance with company standards and NEA

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma or equivalent with 4–6 years of related experience.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and management skills.
• Energetic, positive-minded individual.
• Able to work independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Oversee administration and operations of several restaurant outlets under one brand.
• Collaborate with chefs to plan flavorful, popular menus.
• Coordinate provisioning and purchasing of supplies with chefs.
• Estimate food and beverage costs.
• Supervise portion control to minimize waste.
• Ensure high quality of preparation and service through regular checks.
• Plan marketing, advertising and special restaurant functions with management.
• Direct hiring, training and scheduling of food service personnel.
• Implement standardized procedures to align with company standards.
• Ensure proper working condition of outlet equipment and prepare defect lists.
• Safeguard company properties.
• Ensure daily sales deposits are correct.
• Maintain outlet cleanliness per NEA requirements.
• Investigate and resolve food quality and service complaints.
• Prepare itemized checks using the POS system.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
