Job summary

Raffles Family Office Limited is seeking an experienced Trade Operations professional to manage end-to-end trade execution across equities, fixed income, FX, derivatives, and alternatives, coordinating with custodians and brokers.

The role emphasizes risk and compliance, pre- and post-trade analytics, trade confirmations, and maintaining accurate trade blotters and Salesforce trade data, with MAS licensing requirement and 5+ years experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years' experience in trade execution, settlement and post-trade operations; private banking ARM experience will be an advantage
• A MAS-licensed representative is required
• Strong knowledge and understanding of asset classes, trading strategies, and execution techniques.
• Able to work effectively both independently and in cross-functional, fast-paced, multicultural environments
• Proficient in regulatory frameworks and risk management practices

Responsibilities

• Perform trade execution for various products in coordination with custodian banks/brokerage firms.
• Provide real-time trade updates and execution insights.
• Conduct pre-trade analysis and post-trade verification/reconciliation.
• Ensure trade confirmations, reconciliations, and reporting are accurate.
• Monitor counterparty risk, trade errors, and pricing discrepancies.
• Ensure all executed trades are accurately recorded and confirmed with counterparties.
• Upload daily trade data to Salesforce.
