mintgroom pte. ltd. in Singapore is expanding into the motor accident claims and insurance repair business. We seek a Senior Motor Accident Claims Executive who can independently manage claims from start to completion and help build the department.

The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of experience in Singapore motor accident claims, strong knowledge of the local claim process, and excellent communication and negotiation skills to liaise with insurers, surveyors, and legal parties.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in Singapore motor accident claims preferred.
• Familiar with Singapore motor accident insurance claim process and procedures.

Responsabilités

• Handle motor accident insurance claims from start to completion.
• Advise customers on reporting and claim procedures.
• Prepare and submit all necessary claim documents.
• Prepare accident repair quotations and estimates.
• Liaise with insurers, surveyors, loss adjusters, lawyers and others.
• Arrange vehicle inspections and accident surveys.
• Follow up on claim approvals and repair authorisations.
• Coordinate accident repairs with workshop and spray painting teams.
• Update customers on claim and repair progress.
• Maintain documentation and records for all cases.
• Assist with disputes and claim-related correspondence.
