Job summary

Yixin Precision Engineering Pte Ltd in Singapore invites a experienced Senior Mold Tester to join our molding and assembly operations in Woodlands.

You will support production and process improvement on molding, mold buyoff, transfer of new molds, and tackle quality issues to improve efficiency, safety, and cost effectiveness. Previous experience in injection molding is essential; local candidates preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum GCE O levels with 5 years of production engineering process in injection molding industry.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Good understanding of injection molding principles and process optimisation.
• Good problem-solving skills and troubleshooting methodologies.
• Knowledge of mould design and tooling fabrication is preferred.

Responsibilities

• To support production/process improvement on molding process development, mold buyoff, new mold transfer, quality issues, and other processes to achieve operational efficiency, workplace safety, and cost effectiveness.
• Work closely with the designer and tool maker for modification, rectification, and tool fabrication progress.
• Support engineering projects and perform any other duties as per assigned.

Yixin Precision is a vibrant company which was established in 1995 and incorporated as a private company in 2001. We provide services in mold making, plastic injection molding and assembly. Mold making include specialty mold for metal injection molding (MIM) and die casting molds. The end molded compoenents could be use for disposable medical devices or microfluidics chips.

Employment Details:

5 days' work week | 8.30am-6pm
