Job summary

PERSOL SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. seeks an experienced senior software leader to drive native Android development and backend services for aviation digital platforms.

You will own architecture, mentoring, and standards while delivering passenger-focused features like flight search, booking, check-in, and mobile boarding passes. You will design scalable backend services, implement secure payment flows, and deploy on AWS with monitoring and CI/CD.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 10+ years of software development experience and at least 3 years in technical leadership.
• Strong native Android development in Kotlin/Java, MVVM/MVP, Clean Architecture, and automated testing.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and development of native Android features in Kotlin/Java using MVVM or similar architecture.
• Build passenger-facing features like flight search, booking, check-in, mobile boarding pass, and notifications.
• Develop backend microservices and REST APIs with Spring Boot and/or Node.js, integrating with airline systems.
