Job summary

NTT Singapore Pte. Ltd. is seeking an experienced ML/AI Engineer embedded in the Data Analytics and AI Division (DSAD) to design agentic AI solutions for fraud analytics.

You will build MVPs, integrate with Redshift, Glue, and PySpark, and ensure governance with human-in-the-loop controls. You will collaborate with data scientists, engineers and business users to deliver scalable AI-enabled fraud detection capabilities, while building in-house capability to operate and maintain systems

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, Software Engineering, or related technical discipline.

Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end architecture for FAM agentic AI solutions with orchestration and human approval gates.
• Develop AI agents to identify fraud risks from approved sources for officer review.
• Build detectors and features; translate risks into analytics and detection logic.
• Integrate agent workflows with DSAD data and analytics components (Redshift, Glue, PySpark).
• Productionize prototypes into modular, tested, deployable services and APIs.
• Create automated CI/CD workflows with testing, validation, and governance gates.
