Job summary

NEXBRIDGE RECRUITMENT PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced AI/ML engineer to design end-to-end agentic AI architectures, integrate workflows with Redshift and Glue, and deliver production-ready services.

You will work with data scientists and business users to translate requirements into scalable AI-enabled solutions. Role requires 3+ years building ML/AI apps, strong Python/API skills, and experience with LangGraph or CrewAI. Knowledge of governance, observability and security is essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years building and deploying ML/AI applications, including at least one LLM-enabled or agentic AI system in production.
• Strong Python software engineering with API development, testing and modular design.
• Experience with LLM apps, retrieval, tool use, workflow orchestration or multi-agent frameworks such as LangGraph or CrewAI.
• Experience integrating AI/ML solutions with enterprise data platforms, databases, APIs or cloud services.
• Ability to design evaluation frameworks for AI systems, including testing, observability and reproducibility.
• Knowledge of AI governance, security, and Responsible AI practices including human-in-the-loop controls.

Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end architecture for agentic AI solutions, including orchestration, workflows and tool integration.
• Develop AI agents to analyse sources and identify evidence-linked fraud risks for officer review.
• Assess data feasibility and translate risks into analytics and detection logic.
• Integrate agent workflows with data and analytics components (Redshift, Glue, PySpark).
• Convert prototypes into modular, tested services and APIs with clear interfaces and ownership.
• Build automated testing, validation and promotion workflows with gates where needed.
• Implement governance, observability, and safeguards against prompt injection and untrusted inputs.
• Develop dashboards and alerts for system health, latency, throughput and costs.
• Support incident management and root-cause analysis.
• Collaborate with data scientists and business users to capture domain expertise.
