Job summary

RAPSYS TECHNOLOGIES PTE. LTD. seeks an ML/AI Engineer to design and implement agent‑based AI architectures and end‑to‑end ML/AI solutions. You will orchestrate agents, integrate tools, and ensure governance and security while delivering production quality systems.

You will work with DSAD data scientists and business users to build scalable ML workflows, deploy LLM‑enabled apps, and maintain observability, testing, and operational runbooks for fraud detection and risk assessment.

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or related field.
• 3–5 years hands‑on ML/AI development including at least one LLM‑enabled deployment.
• Strong Python software engineering skills with API development and testing.
• Experience with LLM apps, tool use, and multi‑agent frameworks.
• Experience integrating ML solutions with data platforms and cloud services.
• Knowledge of AI governance, security, and responsible AI practices.

Responsibilities

• Design end‑to‑end ML/AI architecture for agentic solutions, including orchestration and tool integration.
• Develop AI agents to analyse sources and identify risks for officer review.
• Build detection features and translate risks into analytics and logic.
• Integrate workflows with data platforms (Redshift/Glue/PySpark) and data pipelines.
• Develop modular, tested services with APIs and operational ownership.
• Create CI/CD automation for code, prompts, and AI components.
• Implement evaluation, guardrails, observability and governance controls.
• Ensure reliability, monitoring, and incident response for ML systems.
• Collaborate with data scientists and business users to address fraud detection needs.
• Document code, architecture decisions, and support knowledge transfer.
