Job summary

JOBSTER PRIVATE LTD. in Singapore seeks a senior AI/ML architect to design end-to-end agentic AI systems, orchestrate workflows, manage state and tool integrations, and incorporate human approval gates.

You will build agents to identify emerging fraud risks from trusted sources and translate validated risks into actionable analytics and detection logic. Responsibilities include integrating with Redshift/Glue/PySpark, delivering modular services, establishing automated pipelines and governance,

Qualifications

• Educational background in CS/AI/DS/SE with relevant degree.
• Hands-on experience deploying ML/AI apps, including LLMe-enabled systems.
• Strong Python software engineering and API design skills.
• Experience with LangGraph, CrewAI or similar multi-agent frameworks.
• Experience integrating AI/ML with enterprise data platforms and cloud services.
• Ability to design evaluation, observability and reproducibility for AI systems.

Responsibilities

• Agentic AI architecture: design end-to-end architecture for agentic solutions with orchestration, state mgmt, tool integration and human gates.
• Develop agents to analyse sources and identify emerging fraud risks for officer review.
• Build detection logic and analytics by translating validated risks into features.
• Integrate agent workflows with data/analytics stacks like Redshift, Glue and PySpark.
• Convert prototypes into modular, deployable services with clear interfaces and versioning.
• Create automated CI/CD for codes, prompts and workflows with gates for security and quality.
• Implement evaluation and governance controls including output quality, traceability and access management.
• Develop observability dashboards; monitor latency, throughput, errors and costs.
• Collaborate with data scientists, engineers and stakeholders to refine workflows.
• Produce technical docs, runbooks and knowledge transfers for sustainability.
