ACTIVATE INTERACTIVE PTE LTD in Singapore seeks an ML/AI Engineer embedded in the DSAD division to design and build two agentic AI systems for FAM 2.0, surfacing emerging fraud risks and translating them into detection logic. You will ensure human validation, evaluation, and responsible-AI guardrails throughout.

The role involves integrating with Redshift, Glue and PySpark, delivering MVPs, and building in-house capability for ongoing maintenance and operation of these AI systems.

Qualificações

• Strong Python software engineering capability including API development and testing.
• Hands-on experience building and deploying ML/AI applications beyond PoC.
• Experience with LLM applications, retrieval, tool use, and multi-agent frameworks such as LangGraph or CrewAI.
• Experience integrating AI/ML with enterprise data platforms and cloud services.
• Ability to design evaluation frameworks covering testing, observability and reproducibility.
• Working knowledge of AI governance, security and Responsible AI practices.

Responsabilidades

• Design end-to-end agentic AI architecture for FAM, including orchestration and human approval points.
• Develop AI agents to identify emerging fraud risks from approved sources.
• Translate validated risks into analytics and detection logic.
• Integrate agent workflows with DSAD data components (Redshift, Glue, PySpark).
• Build modular, tested production services with clear interfaces and version control.
• Create automated CI/CD workflows with quality and governance gates.
• Establish evaluation frameworks and guardrails for AI outputs and data handling.
• Monitor system health, latency, throughput and data quality; support incident analysis.
• Collaborate with DSAD data scientists and business users to align with fraud detection needs.
• Produce documentation and transfer knowledge for long-term sustainability.
