RECRUIT EXPRESS PTE LTD is seeking a hands‑on Senior Middleware Production Support Engineer to support a highly regulated banking environment predominantly hosted on Microsoft Windows Server. The role requires deep expertise across IBM WebSphere, Oracle WebLogic, and Apache Tomcat with experience supporting secure file‑transfer platforms such as IBM Connect and SSH Tectia.

Qualifications

Minimum five years of hands-on middleware administration and production-support experience.
Experience on MS Windows Server environments with middleware platforms.
Hands-on administration and troubleshooting across WebSphere, WebLogic and Tomcat.
Experience with IBM Connect and SSH Tectia for secure file transfers.
Experience with SSL/TLS certificates and Java KeyStores.

Responsibilities

Administer WebSphere, WebLogic and Tomcat in production and non-production Windows environments.
Install, configure, upgrade and patch middleware platforms.
Manage deployment, clustering, and JDBC resources in servers.
Deploy, troubleshoot and tune applications across middleware stacks.
Analyze logs, resolve production incidents and perform security hardening.
Maintain SSL certificates, KeyStores and trust stores; manage MQ connectivity.
Support file-transfer platforms and scheduled workflows (Control‑M).
Provide after-hours on-call production support as required.
Collaborate with application, network, security and change-management teams.
