Job summary

INFRASOFT TECHNOLOGIES PTE LTD seeks a senior Middleware professional with extensive IBM middleware experience to lead architecture and operations in a large banking environment. The role emphasizes security compliance, DevOps practices, and scalable infrastructure across Unix/Linux and Windows platforms.

Candidates should have strong leadership, analytical skills, and the ability to work autonomously while delivering reliable middleware services and disaster recovery plans in a global team

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in computer science or related field.
• Extensive hands-on middleware experience in large organizations, preferably banking.
• Strong knowledge of IBM WebSphere, WebLogic, and related IBM middleware products.

Responsibilities

• Develop, document, and maintain disaster recovery plans and end-to-end runbooks for complex infrastructure operations.
• Manage support services and change management using ServiceNow.
• Lead DevOps and CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins or Spinnaker.
• Implement Infrastructure as Code with Terraform; write, test, and deploy reusable Terraform modules.
• Ensure IT security compliance and use of SSL and server certificates.
