Job summary

OCBC Bank in Singapore is seeking an experienced Middleware Support Specialist to maintain enterprise MFT platforms, with emphasis on IBM Connect:Direct and secure data transfers.

You will operate in a 24x7 environment, provide L1/L2 support, manage encryption, PKI, and patching, and collaborate with security and infra teams to ensure reliability and compliance. The role offers a competitive salary and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, IT, engineering or related field.
• 5+ years in middleware or Managed File Transfer support.
• Certifications in Middleware, Linux, Security or Cryptography.

Responsibilities

• Provide L1/L2 support for enterprise MFT platforms.
• Administer IBM Connect:Direct environments.
• Manage secure file transfers and troubleshoot incidents.
• Support file encryption (PGP, SFTP, SSH, TLS/SSL).
• Perform key generation, exchange, rotation and lifecycle management.
• Apply middleware patches and vulnerability remediation.
• Monitor platform health and performance.
• Support audit, compliance, DR and high availability.
• Collaborate with teams to onboard file transfer integrations.
• Drive automation and service improvements.
