Job summary

People Profilers (Services) Pte. Ltd. in Singapore seeks an experienced sales professional to manage key client accounts and drive new business in the events and venue sector.

You will own the client lifecycle from inquiry through contract closure, coordinating with internal teams to ensure flawless event delivery. You will leverage five-plus years of sales experience, strong negotiation and presentation skills, and a proven track record of hitting targets.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, Account Management, or Venue/Events Sales.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
• Experience in the MICE, hospitality, events, exhibitions, or venue management industry is a plus.
• Excellent negotiation, presentation, and consultative selling skills.
• Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building abilities.
• Willing to travel for client meetings and events, and work flexible hours when required.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow existing client accounts by building strong, long-term relationships and recommending customised venue solutions.
• Serve as the primary contact throughout the sales and event lifecycle, coordinating with internal stakeholders for seamless delivery.
• Identify, develop, and convert new business opportunities to achieve sales targets.
• Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline through prospecting, networking, referrals, and client meetings.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to support sales strategy and growth.
• Prepare and deliver sales proposals and weekly activity reports.
• Maintain accurate sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and customer records in the CRM.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and sales governance processes.
• Undertake other duties assigned by the Reporting Officer.
