Job summary

Resorts World Sentosa is seeking a strategic Planning & Business Development leader to develop and execute sales strategies within the MICE and corporate segments in Singapore. You will lead a high-performing team, align pricing and packages with market demand, and collaborate with clients and operations to ensure value delivery.

The role requires extensive MICE sales experience, strong leadership, and the ability to drive revenue targets while managing budgets and yield performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Event Management, Business Administration, Marketing or related field.
• 8–10 years in MICE & Corporate Sales.
• Strong leadership, communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to attract new clients and retain existing ones.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the MICE segment to drive hotel occupancy and maximize venue usage.
• Prepare marketing concept papers, proposals, and strategic plans for MICE products and events.
• Lead, mentor, and motivate the MICE & Corporate Sales team to achieve sales targets.
• Ensure events are delivered on time, meet client expectations, and follow detailed planning checklists.
• Oversee compliance and risk management within MICE & Corporate Sales operations.
• Travel for client meetings, site inspections, and industry events.
