Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of proven sales experience in MICE, venue, or hospitality.
• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, hospitality management, or related field.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Develop and secure new MICE business opportunities through cold calling, social selling, and networking.
• Cultivate and maintain relationships with corporate clients, PCOs, agencies across industries.
• Craft tailored proposals and lead site inspections to showcase venue versatility and profitability.
• Collaborate with internal operations teams to ensure seamless event delivery on-site.
• Monitor competitors and trends; maintain accurate sales records in the tracker.
