Job summary

Satire Singapore is seeking an Executive / Senior Executive, Events to lead end-to-end event strategies, oversee proposals, client servicing, and on-ground delivery. The role combines creative vision with structured project execution in a fast-paced environment.

You will manage multi-stakeholder projects from brief to post-event reporting, collaborate with designers, vendors, and venues, and safeguard budgets while ensuring flawless delivery for brand activations and corporate showcases.

Qualifications

• A diploma or degree in a relevant field is preferred.
• 2+ years of hands-on project management and client-facing experience in events.
• Strong proposal and presentation capabilities to win business.
• Experience coordinating multi-disciplinary teams and technical production.
• Budget tracking, problem-solving, and attention to detail.
• MS Office/Google Workspace and presentation tools familiarity; Adobe CC is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead or contribute to end-to-end event proposals and tenders.
• Serve as the main client liaison, manage expectations and timelines.
• Architect project master schedules and allocate resources.
• Collaborate with designers, fabrication, production, and venue teams.
• Negotiate supplier terms, manage budgets, and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Oversee on-site execution and post-event reporting.
