Job summary

NTT Singapore Pte. Ltd. seeks a Messaging & Collaboration Team Lead to oversee the enterprise communications infrastructure and guide a technical team of engineers.

The role requires deep expertise across Microsoft 365, Exchange, and SharePoint Online, with an operational mandate to drive improvements in a high-volume environment. Responsibilities include leading architecture reviews, driving ITIL-aligned delivery, and serving as the senior technical authority to empower L2/L3 teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 10+ years in enterprise messaging/collaboration engineering with leadership experience.
• Experience mentoring L2/L3 teams and delivering technical solutions.
• Certifications such as M365 Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert, ITIL v4, CCSP are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead architecture reviews for Microsoft 365, Exchange, and SharePoint to ensure security, cost efficiency and scalability.
• Drive continuous delivery improvements and optimize ITIL-driven processes and escalation paths.
• Champion automation using Graph API and PowerShell for administration and reporting.
• Act as senior escalation point (L4) and enable L2/L3 teams with training and KB creation.
• Oversee daily operations, patching schedules, and governance across the collaboration stack.
