Job summary

NTT Singapore is seeking an experienced Microsoft 365 Engineer to manage and support enterprise M365, endpoint management, and directory services within a large banking environment in Singapore. You will work with Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, Intune, and Entra ID, plus Cisco Webex and Cisco Meeting Room technologies, ensuring service health and robust security.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience administering Microsoft 365/O365 in an enterprise environment.
• Strong experience with Exchange Online, Microsoft Teams and SharePoint Online.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune administration and endpoint management.
• Experience administering Active Directory and knowledge of Entra ID/Azure AD.
• Experience supporting Cisco Webex and Cisco collaboration technologies.
• Experience supporting Cisco Meeting Room solutions and devices.

Responsibilities

• Administer, configure and support enterprise Microsoft 365 services.
• Manage Exchange Online mailboxes, shared mailboxes and distribution groups.
• Administer and support Microsoft Teams, including meetings and collaboration features.
• Manage SharePoint Online sites, permissions and access.
• Administer Microsoft Intune for endpoint management.
• Manage device enrolment, configuration profiles and compliance policies.
• Administer Active Directory and related directory services.
• Support Microsoft Entra ID integration with 365 services.
• Manage and troubleshoot Cisco Webex and Cisco Meeting Room devices.
• Administer Microsoft Teams Rooms and related meeting-room solutions.
• Monitor 365 service health and address issues; perform root-cause analysis.
• Coordinate with infrastructure, security and vendor teams for escalations.
• Maintain documentation and participate in upgrades and improvements.
