Job summary

AMOS SUPPLY PTE. LTD. is seeking a skilled maintenance technician to perform MEP system maintenance and on-site repairs.

You will diagnose faults, coordinate with contractors, and ensure safety compliance while documenting all work and inventory movements. The role requires a diploma or technical certificate in Building Services Engineering and a minimum of three years' hands-on experience with HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of hands-on experience with MEP systems.
• Ability to quickly analyze faults and determine cost-effective, safe corrective actions.
• Diploma or technical certificate in Mechanical, Electrical, or Building Services Engineering.
• Capable of prolonged standing, lifting heavy equipment, and working in uncomfortable environments.

Responsibilities

• Preventative & Corrective Maintenance: routine checks and servicing of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems.
• Troubleshooting & Repairs: diagnose and resolve on-site issues like busted pipes, faulty wiring, and temperature control irregularities.
• Safety Compliance: ensure adherence to WSH standards and monitor safety systems.
• Vendor Coordination: manage relationships and oversee external contractors for specialized tasks.
• Documentation: maintain maintenance logs, track spare parts inventory, and document all completed work or incident reports.
