Job summary

Qualifications

• Basic computer skills and ability to use MS Word and MS Excel.

Responsibilities

• Perform regular maintenance: cleaning, filter replacement, leak inspection.
• Identify and resolve AC system issues, e.g., compressor problems or refrigerant leaks.
• Develop feasibility pre-installation proposals and assist with installation tasks.
• Engage with customers to assess requirements and provide information on air conditioning systems.
• Adhere to safety protocols to ensure a secure working environment.
• Ensure service standards and precision performance goals are met for smooth operation.
• Assist with scheduling daily operations and special events within budget.
• Demonstrate willingness to develop skills independently.
• Communicate effectively and work well in a team.
• Follow verbal and written instructions; adapt to flexible schedules.
• Develop and implement new procedures.
• Conduct weekly safety and operations meetings with operators.
• Provide maintenance support to equipment users.
• Monitor and troubleshoot equipment faults.
