Job summary

XIN CHENG SG PTE. LTD. is seeking a maintenance technician to perform scheduled preventive and corrective maintenance on MEP installations in Singapore.

You will troubleshoot HVAC systems, light fixtures, pumps, and piping, and maintain accurate service logs and work orders. Adherence to safety rules and independent work capability are essential. Responsibilities include site checks, monitoring equipment performance, temperature and pressure readings, and promptly reporting hazards while keeping

• Experience with preventive and corrective maintenance of MEP installations.
• Proficient with basic hand and power tools.
• Foundational knowledge of electrical circuits and plumbing.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work independently and be organized.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and fix issues with air-conditioning (HVAC), light fixtures, power points, pumps, and piping
• Conduct regular site checks on equipment performance, temperature logs, and pressure readings
• Update maintenance logs, service sheets, and work orders
• Adhere to workplace safety rules and report hazards immediately

Job Requirements

• Good knowledge of Singapore WSH requirements and safe work practices.
• Proficient with basic hand and power tools; foundational knowledge of electrical circuits and plumbing.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Responsible, organized and detail-oriented.
• Able to work independently
• 6 day work (8 hours per day)
