Job summary

CBM Pte. Ltd. in Singapore is seeking a skilled maintenance technician to perform maintenance, servicing and repair works across facilities. You will troubleshoot electrical, ACMV, plumbing, and building faults and conduct inspections and routine checks.

You will support emergency response and breakdown recovery, uphold safety and housekeeping standards, and carry out ad-hoc assignments as directed by Management.

Qualifications

• NITEC/Higher NITEC/Technical Certificate required.
• Relevant maintenance experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance, servicing, and repair works.
• Troubleshoot electrical, ACMV, plumbing, or building faults.
• Conduct inspections and routine checks.
• Support emergency response and breakdown recovery.
• Ensure proper housekeeping and safety practices.
• Any other ad-hoc assignments assigned by the Management.
