Job summary

LANDMARK E&C PTE. LTD. is seeking a maintenance technician in Singapore to perform preventive and corrective maintenance on MEP installations, including HVAC systems, lighting, pumps, and piping. You will conduct routine site checks, update logs and orders, and ensure compliance with safety standards.

The role requires knowledge of WSH regulations, basic tools, and the ability to work independently within a 6-day work week. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Singapore WSH requirements and safe work practices.
• Proficient with basic hand and power tools; foundational knowledge of electrical circuits and plumbing.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Responsible, organized and detail-oriented.
• Able to work independently.
• 6 days work (8 hours per day).

Responsibilities

• Perform scheduled preventive and corrective maintenance on mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) installations.
• Troubleshoot and fix issues with air-conditioning (HVAC), light fixtures, power points, pumps, and piping
