Job summary

TGS International Group in Singapore seeks a Senior MEP Manager to lead the mechanical, electrical and public health delivery of complex, high-specification projects.

You will oversee MEP strategy, design coordination, construction delivery, commissioning and handover, working with clients, consultants, contractors and internal teams. This is a senior leadership role requiring expertise in mission-critical environments such as data centres.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in MEP management on large-scale projects.
• Strong track record delivering complex MEP packages from design to handover.
• Experience in data centres or mission critical facilities is advantageous.
• Knowledge of MEP design coordination, installation, testing and commissioning.
• Experience managing subcontractors and multidisciplinary teams.
• Understanding of construction sequencing and programme management.
• Excellent technical, commercial and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in Singapore or Asia Pacific market is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and management of MEP activities across projects.
• Develop and implement MEP delivery strategies aligned to project objectives.
• Lead coordination of mechanical, electrical, plumbing and building services.
• Oversee design development, submissions, reviews and coordination with consultants.
• Manage installation, testing, commissioning and handover of MEP systems.
• Manage MEP subcontractors, suppliers and specialist contractors.
• Ensure compliance with Singapore codes, health, safety and environment standards.
• Mentor MEP engineers and project teams.
