Job summary

WSP (Asia) Limited in Singapore seeks an experienced Project Manager with extensive on-site MEP supervision capabilities for data centre and industrial projects. You will lead the site team, liaise with clients and contractors, and oversee quality, change control, and progress reporting.

The role requires 15+ years in engineering/construction, strong communication, and knowledge of local regulations; a proactive, problem-solving mindset is essential.

Qualifications

• Degree in MEP engineering or equivalent construction management experience.
• 15+ years in engineering and construction industry.
• Strong on-site supervision and quality control.
• Excellent written and spoken communications.
• Knowledge of local standards and construction regulations.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and report on MEP installation quality on site.
• Lead site supervision team including RTOs and Resident Engineer.
• Interface between Client and Contractor on site.
• Review installation quality and programme performance with Contractor.
• Support RFA process and technical responses.
• Manage change control for MEP changes.
• Provide progress updates at weekly client meetings.
• Promote HSE practices on site.
• Utilize digital platforms like Teams, SharePoint, EDMS.
