Job summary

GMP Technologies in Singapore seeks an experienced M&E Supervisor to oversee mechanical and electrical works at a central data center or commercial site. You will ensure drawings and specifications are followed, coordinate subcontractors, and lead inspections.

The role requires a Diploma/Degree in M&E engineering and at least 3 years supervision experience, with strong knowledge of site safety, reporting, and coordination with RE/RTO and project teams.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in M&E engineering.
• Minimum 3 years relevant experience in M&E supervision.
• Strong technical knowledge of M&E systems, codes and construction practices.
• Hands-on experience in site supervision, coordination and inspection processes.

Responsibilities

• Attend daily subcontractor meetings to discuss M&E site issues and progress.
• Monitor site progress and safety compliance of subcontractors and report issues to supervisors.
• Ensure subcontractor work follows approved drawings and specifications.
• Assist with site inspections together with RE/RTO and follow up on comments.
• Maintain proper records of inspection forms for documentation and reference.
• Communicate with workers, subcontractors, and site staff to resolve site matters.
• Ensure good construction practices and site standards are followed.
• Support site safety and environmental programs led by the project team.
• Attend relevant training or courses to improve skills and knowledge.
• Assist the project team with additional tasks when required.
• Guide new M&E supervisors when needed.
