Job summary

AIM RECRUIT CONSULTANCY PTE. LIMITED in Singapore is seeking a project manager with at least 5 years of experience in M&E systems, preferably in Data Centre projects. You will be responsible for developing project plans, overseeing design and installation, and ensuring compliance with local regulations.

Key responsibilities include leading teams, managing budgets, and identifying project risks. The ideal candidate should hold a Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering.

Qualifications

• Min at least 5 years of Project Management experience in M&E.
• Experience with Data Centre projects.

Responsibilities

• Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets to ensure are completed on time & within budget.
• Oversee design, procurement, installation, testing, and commissioning of M&E systems.
• Lead a teams of engineers, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure smooth project execution.
• Serve as a contact for clients and contractors, providing regular updates.
• Ensure all M&E work complies with local codes and quality control.
• Identify project risks and develop effective solutions.
• Manage project budgets and ensure efficient resource use.
