Job summary

Kingsforce Management Services Pte Ltd is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to oversee M&E project execution in Singapore. You will coordinate site activities, manage cross-functional teams, and ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to quality and safety standards.

The role requires a Diploma / ITC Certificate in Electrical Engineering with at least 5 years of M&E construction experience in Singapore, including data centres or large-scale facilities.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in M&E construction projects in Singapore.
• Strong hands-on experience in managing M&E site execution, subcontractors, and project coordination.
• Experience in data centre, industrial, commercial, or large-scale building projects is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Manage M&E project execution on site, coordinating activities to deliver safely, on time, and to quality requirements.
• Work with internal teams, subcontractors, vendors, main contractors and stakeholders to drive project success.
• Lead and manage project teams including supervisors, workers, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure timely delivery.
• Coordinate site activities, workflows, inspections, and progress meetings with main contractors and stakeholders.
• Plan, implement, and monitor weekly work activities in line with project schedules.
• Monitor progress, productivity, quality, and materials usage to meet targets.
• Resolve site issues and coordinate with relevant parties to ensure smooth delivery.
• Ensure compliance with workplace safety, health, and environmental requirements.
• Prepare and submit shop drawings, as-built drawings, and material quantity documentation.
• Coordinate Combined Services Drawings (CSD) and resolve technical clashes prior to construction.
• Conduct toolbox meetings, safety meetings, and project coordination meetings.
• Plan and implement Testing & Commissioning (T&C) activities.
