Job summary

STRAITS CONSTRUCTION SINGAPORE PRIVATE LIMITED is seeking an experienced MEP Coordinator to oversee all MEP works across multiple projects during and after the Defects Liability Period (DLP). You will verify submissions, coordinate maintenance and training, and manage interactions with clients and site teams.

The role requires a degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or Building Services, plus at least 5 years of MEP coordination experience in building projects, preferably high-rise, and

Qualifications

• Degree in Electrical Engineering/Mechanical Engineering/Building Service.
• Proficiency in BIM software such as Autodesk Revit adds advantage.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience coordinating and supervising MEP works on local building construction, preferably high-rise.

Responsibilities

• Overall responsible for all MEP work and progress of multiple projects during and after DLP.
• Coordinate and verify maintenance schedules of MEP systems during DLP.
• Plan and coordinate MEP trainings to Client representatives as specified in contract.
• Establish communication with internal and external stakeholders.
