Job summary

DJ Engineering & Construction PteLtd is seeking an experienced MEP BIM Coordinator to support multidisciplinary Singapore projects. You will coordinate MEP BIM models across mechanical, electrical and plumbing disciplines, review models for coordination and constructability, and ensure timely information delivery.

The role requires strong technical coordination, model review and issue-resolution capability, with a minimum of 5 years' experience and a preferred MEP/building services or BIM

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience required.
• Strong MEP/BIM coordination and multidisciplinary model review.
• Proficiency in Autodesk Revit MEP is essential.
• Navisworks or similar clash-detection experience is an advantage.
• Willing to work in Singapore.

Responsibilities

JOB SUMMARY

DJ Engineering & Construction PteLtd is seeking an MEP BIM Coordinator with a minimum of 5 years of experienceto support multidisciplinary BIM coordination for Singapore projects. The rolerequires strong technical coordination, model review and issue-resolutioncapability.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Coordinate MEP BIM models acrossmechanical, electrical and plumbing disciplines.
• Review models and drawings forcoordination, constructability and completeness.
• Manage multidisciplinarycoordination between MEP, architectural and structural teams.
• Identify clashes and coordinatetimely resolution with relevant technical teams.
• Lead or support BIM coordinationmeetings and maintain issue/action tracking.
• Review model revisions and ensureagreed coordination changes are incorporated.
• Maintain project BIM standards,modelling procedures and coordination protocols.
• Support preparation of coordinateddrawings, schedules and BIM deliverables.
• Communicate technical coordinationissues clearly to engineers, modelers, contractors and project stakeholders.
• Monitor BIM deliverables and supporttimely submission of coordinated information.

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum 5 years of experience isrequired.
• Relevant MEP, building services,engineering or BIM qualification is preferred.
• Strong experience in MEP BIMcoordination and multidisciplinary model review.
• Strong knowledge of Autodesk RevitMEP.
• Experience with Navisworks orsimilar clash-detection software is an advantage.
• Ability to interpret MEP drawings,specifications and construction requirements.
• Good problem-solving, communicationand coordination skills.
• Ability to manage multiplecoordination issues and project deadlines.
• Candidates with Singapore projectexperience will be preferred.
