Job summary

HOLDEN TILING & CONSTRUCTION PTE LTD in Singapore is seeking an experienced MEP Coordinator to oversee coordination of mechanical, electrical and plumbing works on our projects. You will liaise with architects, structural engineers and sub-contractors to ensure installations align with plans and the construction schedule.

• Check MEP drawings coordination for discrepancies with architectural & structural drawings.
• Conduct an MEP coordination meeting with all MEP trade sub-contractors.
• Liaise with relevant authorities for MEP services.
• Monitor all MEP trade sub-con on-site work and workforce according to the construction schedule.
• Co-ordination with MEP subcontractors on their work.
• Supervision of all MEP works carried out by MEP subcontractors.
• Ensure installations are carried out according to plans and check qualities of workmanship.
• Prepare drawings and detailed design documents.
• Plan all drawings request to meet the submission deadline.
• Draft plans and detailed drawings for MEP installations from sketches or notes.
• Any other duties assigned by the Management.
