Job summary

The Singapore Association for the Deaf is seeking a Senior Executive, Membership & Admin to strengthen membership engagement, manage facilities, and deliver seamless administrative support. Training in Singapore Sign Language (SgSL) will be provided to connect with the Deaf, Deafblind, and hard-of-hearing communities.

You’ll oversee membership records, coordinate with internal teams, manage external stakeholders, and ensure efficient administrative operations across the organisation.

Qualifications

• Experience in administrative work, ideally with membership coordination or facilities exposure.
• Strong organisational and communication skills with independence.
• Interest in supporting the deaf community and willingness to learn Singapore Sign Language.

Responsibilities

• Membership management: oversee records, inquiries, and collaborate with teams on benefits and initiatives.
• Facilities management: coordinate bookings, events, maintenance, and safety compliance.
• Governance & admin: provide secretariat support, procure supplies, and assist event operations.
