China Construction(South Pacific) Development Company Pte Ltd is seeking experienced Engineers to support the setup and execution of the DCV (Medical Equipment) team and Logistics NSC team on major healthcare projects. You will work on large-scale hospital developments involving advanced M&E systems and healthcare logistics solutions.

The role requires strong technical coordination, site supervision, and leadership to ensure safety, quality and schedule requirements are met at site.

Qualifications

  • Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering.
  • Minimum 5–8 years of relevant experience with main contractors, preferably in large-scale projects.
  • Candidates with local hospital project experience will have an added advantage.
  • Experience in healthcare systems, medical equipment coordination, or logistics systems such as PTS / PWLCS / AGV is preferred.
  • Strong technical coordination, site supervision, and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to work independently and possess strong leadership and communication qualities.

Responsibilities

  • Attend site meetings with consultants, clients, and subcontractors.
  • Review and study M&E drawings and coordinate with consultants and subcontractors to resolve technical and site issues.
  • Support the establishment and coordination of the DCV (Medical Equipment) team and Logistics NSC team (PTS / PWLCS / AGV).
  • Ensure all M&E works are carried out according to approved specifications, drawings, and project requirements.
  • Report technical and site issues related to M&E works to the Project Director / Project Manager.
  • Supervise and monitor the progress of M&E works on site to ensure timely completion.
  • Coordinate subcontractors’ M&E works and ensure all works are completed according to schedule.
  • Conduct inspections and ensure compliance with safety, quality, and project standards.
