Beca is seeking a Senior Engineer – Mechanical (Building Services) to join our Singapore team. You will lead HVAC design for diverse building projects, coordinating QA and commissioning while mentoring junior engineers.

The role requires a strong client focus and the ability to manage complex scopes. With 5+ years in consulting and a Mechanical Engineering degree, you will work on healthcare, commercial and educational facilities, using BIM and Navisworks to deliver high-quality solutions within

Qualifications

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering recognised by Singapore PEB.
• Minimum 5 years' experience in a consulting firm.
• Leading roles experience in HVAC/ventilation design and design management for commercial, healthcare or school projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead mechanical services (HVAC) design for building projects.
• Undertake engineering tasks of increasing scope and complexity.
• Prepare design, tenders, proposals and technical reports.
• Coordinate QA and commissioning with other disciplines and consultants.
• Monitor jobs, plan, track progress and report costs.
• Communicate effectively with clients, sub-consultants and contractors.
• Review designs prepared by others and liaise with authorities for plans submissions.
