Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering
• 5+ years of experience in building services consulting
• Strong experience designing mechanical building services systems
• Understanding of local regulatory requirements and building codes
• Progress towards Professional Engineer or Chartered Engineer or equivalent accreditation
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Strong organisational and project delivery capabilities
• Interest in sustainability, digital engineering and innovation
• Commercial awareness and confidence working with clients

Responsibilities

• Lead the design of mechanical building services systems including air conditioning, ventilation, fire protection and sanitary services.
• Deliver high-quality project outcomes with schedule, budget and quality in mind.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams locally, regionally and globally.
• Apply BIM, digital engineering and computational design tools to improve project delivery.
• Champion sustainable, resilient and future-ready building solutions.
• Mentor and develop junior engineers and graduates.
• Manage client relationships and contribute to business development activities.
