Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical/Mechatronics engineering with at least 2 years’ experience.
• Hands-on CAD, CAM, and Matlab/LabVIEW for simulation and data analysis.
• Experience troubleshooting PC-based fully automated equipment in semiconductor or related industries.
• Knowledge in die bonder applications is advantageous.

Responsibilities
