Job summary

DBS BANK LTD. in Singapore is seeking a seasoned leader to own the strategy and delivery of enterprise MarTech orchestration platforms.

You will collaborate across Marketing, Technology, Data, Analytics, and country teams to enable personalised customer engagement and improve marketing performance. You will define the product vision and roadmap, manage Agile teams through design, development, testing, and deployment, and drive platform integration, governance, and continuous improvement of

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Experience in MarTech, campaign orchestration, product ownership, or marketing platform delivery.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional Agile teams.
• Sound understanding of customer journeys, data integration, personalisation, analytics, and campaign operations.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, prioritisation, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with MarTech platforms, cloud integrations, APIs, and AI-enabled marketing solutions would be an advantage.
• Martech Tools experience and understanding [Unica, Tealium, Google Analytics, Cvent etc.]

Responsibilities

• Define and manage the product vision, roadmap, priorities, and success measures for MarTech orchestration platforms.
• Engage with business stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and delivery plans.
• Lead Agile teams through solution design, development, testing, deployment, and post-implementation review.
• Drive platform integration, user adoption, governance, and the continuous improvement of campaign processes.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Technology, Data, Analytics, business units, and country teams to align priorities and manage dependencies.
• Apply data, experimentation, automation, and AI to improve personalisation, customer journeys, and marketing productivity.
• Monitor platform performance, delivery risks, stakeholder outcomes, and the business value delivered.
