Job summary

Edmund Tie & Company (SEA) Pte Ltd seeks a dynamic, commercially driven professional for its Investment Advisory team in Singapore. You will support marketing, business development and execution of property investment opportunities and advisory assignments, reporting to the Executive Director.

Responsibilities include conducting investment analysis, preparing proposals and materials, and driving marketing and transaction execution while leveraging strong analytical skills and Excel/PowerPoint

Qualifications

• Degree in Real Estate, Business, Marketing, or a related discipline.
• Must possess a valid CEA salesperson licence.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in investment advisory, real estate consultancy, brokerage, marketing or business development.
• Strong analytical and financial skills, with the ability to interpret investment and market data.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.

Requirements:
