Job summary

Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication; adaptable tone across industries.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple client accounts and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Support development and execution of integrated marketing strategies across multiple client accounts.
• Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and audience profiling.
• Create content including campaign copy, social posts, client presentations, and pitch decks.
• Coordinate timelines, deliverables, and assets among teams, clients, and vendors.
• Monitor campaign performance using Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager; report findings.
• Support client servicing with updates, meeting prep, minutes, and follow-ups.
• Assist in planning events, product launches, roadshows, and brand activation from brief to debrief.
• Stay updated on marketing trends to inform client briefs and internal strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the development and execution of integrated marketing strategies across multiple client accounts spanning digital, social media, content, and traditional channels
• Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and audience profiling to generate insights that shape campaign direction and client recommendations
• Create compelling content including campaign copy, social media posts, client presentations, pitch decks, and thought leadership materials across various industries
• Coordinate campaign timelines, deliverables, and creative assets between internal teams, clients, and external vendors to ensure seamless and on-time execution
• Monitor and analyse campaign performance across platforms including Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager, delivering clear performance reports
• Support client servicing activities including regular status updates, meeting preparation, minutes documentation, and follow-up on agreed action items
• Assist in the planning and execution of client marketing events, product launches, roadshows, and brand activation activities from brief through to post-event debrief
• Stay current with marketing trends, platform updates, and industry developments to bring fresh, evidence-based ideas to both client briefs and internal strategy sessions

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
• At least 1 to 2 years of marketing experience, with agency or consultancy exposure considered a strong advantage
• Proficient in digital marketing tools and platforms including Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Canva, and social media scheduling tools
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to adapt tone, messaging, and style across different industries and client audiences
• Highly organised and able to manage multiple client accounts and concurrent deadlines in a fast-paced, client-facing consultancy environment
