Qualifications

• Degree in Finance, Accountancy, Real Estate, Business, or related discipline.
• At least 2 years of relevant finance experience, preferably in real estate, property, investment, asset management, or corporate finance.
• Candidates with strong real estate finance experience but limited direct investment experience are encouraged to apply.
• Strong interest in developing a career in real estate investment and asset management.
• Good understanding of financial statements, financial analysis, and investment concepts.
• Strong Excel skills with the ability to build, analyse, and work with financial models.
• Strong analytical and numerical skills with excellent attention to detail.
