Good Job Creations (Singapore) Pte Ltd is seeking a skilled investment professional to conduct financial modelling and market analysis for real estate opportunities. The role involves preparing investment papers, supporting due diligence, and tracking portfolio performance in a dynamic, global context.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in real estate finance, strong Excel abilities, and a proactive approach to market research, with willingness to travel internationally as needed.

Formación

• Degree in Finance, Accountancy, Real Estate, Business, or a related discipline.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in real estate, property finance, investment, asset management, or corporate finance.
• Strong interest in real estate investment and asset management.
• Good understanding of financial statements, financial analysis, and investment principles.
• Strong Excel skills with the ability to build and analyse financial models.
• Experience in property financial modelling is an added advantage.
• Willingness to travel internationally on short notice when required.
