Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in a corporate communications team.
• Law firm experience is advantageous.
• Strong oral communication skills.
• Excellent follow-up and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to collaborate across teams and functions.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver firmwide and practice-specific events aligned with business development objectives.
• Coordinate speaker invitations, logistics and post-event follow-ups.
• Maintain the deals database and ensure matter data supports submissions and credentials.
• Own end-to-end submissions for directories and rankings (e.g., Chambers & Partners, The Legal 500).
• Coordinate matter lists and client referees for submissions and campaigns.
• Track outcomes and reuse content for credentials and future submissions.
