Job summary

Rajah & Tann Asia in Singapore seeks an associate to draft and review documents for court and arbitration, manage files and deadlines, and liaise with clients for updates and instructions.

You will assist senior lawyers on day-to-day matters and handle related tasks as assigned, with 2–4 years’ PQE and strong academics, in cross-border disputes; insolvency or regulatory investigations experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• 2 to 4 years’ PQE.
• Relevant experience gained at top tier firms in cross-border disputes. Some experience in insolvency and regulatory investigations will be a plus.
• Strong academic credentials.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Drafting and reviewing documents for court and arbitration.
• File management and compliance with deadlines.
• Interacting with clients to provide updates and take instructions.
• Providing assistance to senior lawyers on matters arising in the course of day-to-day work.
• Dealing with any other related tasks as assigned from time to time.
