Job summary

ComplianceAsia is seeking a Marketing Executive to support regional strategies from HK or SG offices. The role reports to the Regional Head of Marketing and supports branding, campaigns, events, and outreach across target groups to achieve organisational goals.

Based in Hong Kong or Singapore, you will help implement marketing strategies, coordinate content and calendars, and collaborate with practice resources to develop thought leadership materials. English communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications or related business field.
• 1–3 years in brand, marketing or communications role.
• Experience in professional services, financial services or B2B.
• Familiar with CRM and channels (EDM, social media).
• Strong project and stakeholder management skills.
• Attention to quality, self-motivated and eager to learn.
• Excellent English verbal and written communication.
• Proficient with Canva, InDesign, Photoshop; basic photography/videography.

Responsibilities

• Execute branding projects / initiatives.
• Support launch of marketing campaigns and analyses.
• Drive events and sponsorships, including physical and virtual events.
• Support communications strategy across PR/media, social/digital.
• Update website, pitch materials, presentations, thought leadership content.
• Develop and manage content and mailshot calendars.
• Participate in pursuit process, market research and sales documents.
• Facilitate client engagement activities and onboarding.
• Implement client services feedback programs.
• Pipeline tracking and sales administration in CRM.
