Aufgaben

• Mentor and coach junior staff by enhancing their product/ market knowledge.
• Identify and develop potential business areas and maintain professional relationship with existing and potential customers.
• Provide technical advice on customers' insurance needs.
• Review, accept and underwrite business within Risk Acceptance Authority and guidelines including claim matters, recommendations on wordings and liaison with MSIJ, MSIG Asia, overseas Business Units and reinsurers.
• Participate in company level committees for ad-hoc projects to improve operations and expand business.
• Manage and implement proper credit control procedures and bad debt recovery.
• Ensure maximum efficiency and effectiveness in work processes within the department.
• Undertake any other duties as may be assigned.
