You will participate in company-wide committees to support projects and contribute to process improvements, including credit control measures and operational reviews.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience in general insurance industry.
• Tertiary education is required.
• CGI in general insurance is preferred but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Manage policy documentation such as new business, endorsements, renewals.
• Participate in company level committees for ad-hoc projects to improve operations.
• Implement proper credit control procedures and assist in bad debt recovery.
• Review and improve the Department's operations and processes.
• Undertake any other duties as assigned.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• To manage all aspect of policy documentation such as new business, endorsements, renewals and etc
• To participate at company level committees for ad-hoc projects to improve and expand Company's operations/ business.
• Manage and implement proper credit control procedures and bad debt recovery with or without involvement of Credit Controller.
• To review and improve the Department's operation/ business.
• To undertake any other duties as may be assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Tertiary education
• Relevant qualifications in general insurance (minimum CGI) - preferred but not a must
